Can I choose my own caterers?

We have an in-house caterer, Portfolio Events Catering for your wedding breakfast, and for your evening catering, you’re welcome to choose your own or one of our preferred partners.

What’s the deal with alcohol?

We can supply all of your daytime drinks with a range of packages to choose from. Last orders are 11.45pm. From 2024 we will be charging corkage on any daytime drinks you wish to bring with you. You can find out more about drinks at Huntsmill Farm here.

Can we use our own suppliers?

Yes! Excluding the caterers you can use anyone you like! We recommend some wedding professionals we have worked with previously and rate very highly but by no means do you have to choose them.

Can we have our ceremony at Huntsmill Farm?

Yes, we are licensed for civil ceremonies, both in the barn for inside ceremonies and the Shed for outside ceremonies.

Is confetti allowed?

Yes, but as a working farm, we ask that you stick to natural real flower petal confetti. We highly recommend Shropshire Petals as a lovely supplier of environmentally friendly real flower petal confetti.

Are you dog friendly?

Yes, we are! We understand the importance of having your furry friend as part of your big day. At Huntsmill Farm we can definitely incorporate your dog throughout your day. Check out our blog on dog friendly weddings here!

What time does music have to finish?

Live music must end at 10.30pm and all music must finish at midnight. We recommend you aim for a last song at 11:45pm.

Can we have fireworks?

Unfortunately not. As we have young children and animals in the farmhouse fireworks disturb them too much.

Can we invite our guests back to the barn on Sunday?

No. You are limited to one party at Huntsmill Farm. However you and your guests staying at the farm are welcome to use the grounds and facilities for the duration of your stay.

Is camping allowed?

No, we do not have any facilities for camping.
