We have seven home-from-home self-catering cottages arranged in a courtyard adjoining our 18th-century stone barn.
They’re the perfect place to help you rest and relax whilst you concentrate on having the best wedding day ever! The cottages can sleep up to 32 guests so you can make sure your nearest and dearest are close by enjoying the beautiful surroundings, giving you exclusive use of Huntsmill Farm. Our most important cottage is our honeymoon cottage, the Old Dairy, the perfect luxurious space to make you feel extra special on your wedding day.
The Old Dairy

Old Dairy is our honeymoon cottage, the perfect choice for the wedding couple to stay in. With a romantic wood burner and huge bedroom, it’s the only place to stay on your wedding night.

What makes the Old Dairy really special is the spacious bedroom with a grand wooden sleigh king-size bed and luxurious roll top bath.

Living Room
The cosy living room provides lots of space to relax in before your big day or to lounge in the day after while you enjoy your first full day of wedded bliss.

Kitchen
The modern kitchen provides a clean, crisp space for you to prepare all your culinary delights.

Dining
The farmhouse table provides ample room for two and a romantic first breakfast after saying I do.

Bathroom
We LOVE this bathroom. The huge walk-in shower is such a treat and the crittall-style doors and black fixtures and fittings all create a fresh modern bathroom you can’t wait to use.
Blacksmith’s Cottage

Our largest cottage is in the corner of the courtyard, next to the Granary. It has lots of space and is perfect for a wedding party to getting ready in.

The newly decorated living area has huge comfy sofas with space for everyone. One sofa is a sofa bed.

Kitchen/Dining
Blacksmith’s Cottage has a large open-plan kitchen, dining and living area, making for the perfect space to spend time with your nearest and dearest.

Bedroom 1
The first newly decorated bedroom contains twin beds with an ensuite bathroom and views overlooking the courtyard.

Bedroom 2
The second twin bedroom has a rustic charm, with exposed beams and ample space for hanging your suits and dresses using our hangers.

Bedroom 3
Bedroom 3 is a double bedroom that is filled with natural light and has rustic beams, as well as a comfortable double bed for a great night’s sleep.

Bathroom
Along with the two ensuite bathrooms, there is a main family bathroom that features a bath and an overhead shower.
The Granary
Sleeps 4-6

The Granary, which is a two-storey stone barn conversion, serves as our second largest cottage. It can comfortably accommodate 4 to 6 people, making it an ideal choice for a group of friends or a family looking for a place to stay.

Kitchen
The Granary has a separate kitchen and dining area, creating an inviting space to eat, relax, and spend quality time with your loved ones.

Living room
The living room features a generously sized, comfy sofa and a sofa bed that pulls out to sleep two more guests. There is plenty of space to relax and rest here, or reminisce with your guests the day after the wedding.

Upstairs, you’ll discover the first of two bedrooms—a cosy and spacious room with twin beds and an ensuite bathroom.

Bedroom 2
Stone barn walls and rustic beams bring character to the second bedroom. The bedroom offers ample space and comfort, featuring a double bed and private ensuite bathroom.

The Stables

The open-plan living space features two comfortable sofas and offers stunning views of the surrounding fields through the windows.

The kitchen and dining area are on the other side of the open-plan space, featuring a fully equipped kitchen and offering a great space for socialising.

Bedroom 1
In the first of the two spacious bedrooms, you will find a twin bedroom with an ensuite with a shower.

Accommodating a double bed and ensuite bathroom with a shower over the bath, the second bedroom provides a calm atmosphere for a restful stay.
Mill Cottage

In the courtyard’s corner, you’ll discover Mill Cottage, a one-story cottage with a cosy open-plan living area. A perfect cottage to be shared by families or friends.

In the open plan living space, you’ll find a kitchenette, a 3-seater sofa, and a dining area, creating an ideal space for socialising.

Well Cottage is a small, one-story cottage located beside Mill Cottage. It’s a smaller cottage, perfect for a couple or small family looking for a comfortable stay.

Inside Well Cottage, you’ll find a separate living room space, perfect for a cosy evening. The sofa can be transformed into a double sofa bed, ideal for families with children.

The compact and comfortable dining area in the newly decorated kitchen space is fully stocked with everything you would need.

The double bedroom offers a compact and cosy environment, complete with a comfortable double bed.
Carter’s Cottage
