Arrival Times
The day before your wedding, you will have access to our barn from 1 pm – 5 pm to decorate and set up your wedding. We will take everything down for you the day after your wedding, and you will have access from 9.30 am until 11 am to pick up your wedding bits.
Suppliers

At Huntsmill Farm, except for the bar and daytime caterer, you are free to select your own suppliers. You can find our list of recommended suppliers that we’ve worked with many times before and think are fantastic here, which hopefully will help you with a good starting point!
Catering

We work with a sole caterer, Portfolio Events Catering. Their prices start from £58 per head for a three-course wedding breakfast. They include all crockery, cutlery, table linen, linen napkin, all waiting and kitchen staff, your catering manager, bread and butter, tea and coffee, a full tasting, transport and delivery and VAT.
In the evening, you are welcome to use your own catering options for any caterers that don’t need the use of our kitchen. The most popular choice is food vans; we have space outside with a power supply and water if any vans need it. You’re free to choose your own evening catering, but you can find some of our favourites on our preferred partners list.
Drinks

Inside our barn, our rustic bar is fully stocked to ensure it has everything you and your guests need to keep you refreshed throughout the day and evening. We provide a range of drink packages you can choose from, or we can create a bespoke quote for you!
Alternatively, you can provide your own drink for a corkage fee. Huntsmill Farm corkage is limited to 100 bottles of table wine, sparkling wine or champagne, and we will happily store, chill and serve the beverages throughout your reception, meal and speeches.
You can find more information on our bar at Huntsmill Farm here.

We have seven self-catering cottages for you to use during your wedding. You’ll have use of three the night before, and all seven from 9 am the day of your wedding. Our honeymoon cottage, The Old Diary, is perfect for your wedding night, and our Blacksmith’s Cottage is very popular for bridesmaids getting ready the morning of the wedding as it’s our biggest one. We’ve created a handy accommodation planner to help you plan where everyone is staying.
If you’re looking for other accommodation local to Huntsmill Farm, we have a list of local accommodation that can help too!

We run a couple three open days and evenings throughout the year, which is the perfect time to visit (or revisit!) Huntsmill Farm with your loved ones and see the barn dressed up. We always have a range of suppliers attending on the day, so it’s a great time to visit and get inspiration for your wedding day.
We also run various Pop Up Pub events throughout the year. Keep an eye on our Facebook and Instagram for details of upcoming events!
