- What types of corporate events can we host at Huntsmill Farm?

Team offsites, press days, leadership days, strategy sessions, workshops, training days, board meetings, and small conferences. If you have a specific format in mind, share your brief and we’ll confirm the best setup.
- How many people can you accommodate?

Up to 60 delegates max seated for a day event. Standing capacity can be up to 150 dependant on the event. Capacity depends on your room layout (boardroom, theatre-style, cabaret) and whether you need breakout space. Send your headcount and agenda style and we’ll recommend the best fit.
- Do you offer exclusive use for business events?

Yes — exclusive use is available, giving your team privacy and space to focus. We’ll confirm what’s included based on your date and event plan.
- Is parking available on site?

Yes — we have free on-site parking with 45 spaces for event guests.
- Do you have EV charging points?

We don’t currently have EV charging points on site. Please let us know if this is important for your event and we can advise on nearby options.
- What are your standard event timings (arrival, start/finish, and access)?

Standard access is 8am – 6m for a day rate. This includes set-up and de-rig. There is a simple option to extend this to half day the day before and/or a half day afterwards (for set-up and de-rig) for £200 + vat each
- What is your deposit and cancellation policy for corporate bookings?

Dates are confirmed once we receive a signed booking confirmation and a 25% deposit.
Final delegate numbers, timings, room setup and dietary requirements are required 10 working days prior to the event. Charges apply to final numbers or agreed minimums (whichever is higher).Cancellation charges apply based on the notice period. Full corporate booking terms, including cancellation and postponement details, are shared as part of the booking confirmation process.
